PMS Relief with Essential Oils
Many ladies and especially young girls would probably agree with me that premenstrual syndrome could be very unpleasant. Mood swings, irritability, aches and pains, water retention – nobody wants to deal with this stuff, especially when we have to be at our full capacity during the day and staying in bed is not an option. We all know it’s hormonal and will not last longer then a week, but it’s better to take control over it before it takes control over you.
When I just started blending my therapeutic blends, I wanted to see how it would work in practice and not just in theory. Try to stay away from caffeine and very salty foods as those will contribute to water retention + caffeine stresses adrenal glands consequently increasing irritability and mood swings.
