PMS Relief with Essential Oils

Many ladies and especially young girls would probably agree with me that premenstrual syndrome could be very unpleasant. Mood swings, irritability, aches and pains, water retention – nobody wants to deal with this stuff, especially when we have to be at our full capacity during the day and staying in bed is not an option. We all know it’s hormonal and will not last longer then a week, but it’s better to take control over it before it takes control over you.

When I just started blending my therapeutic blends, I wanted to see how it would work in practice and not just in theory. So I asked my friend’s 16 years old daughter, who was experiencing bad PMS, to use it. She agreed and a month later called to tell me that it worked. She said it helped with mood swings and cramping. I was overjoyed, because it meant I will be able to help other women and young girls ☺ My main focus was to use hormonal balancing oils like Ylang Ylang, uplifting essential oils and of course pain relieving helpers like Lavender, Marjoram and Peppermint. In synergy all these essential oils work to provide relief for all the unpleasant symptoms of PMS.

Of course it’s important to remember that healthy nutrition can help combat PMS very effectively, as well as some minerals like Magnesium and wonderful hormonal balancing supplement Evening Primrose Oil. Try to stay away from caffeine and very salty foods as those will contribute to water retention + caffeine stresses adrenal glands consequently increasing irritability and mood swings.

I wish to all our lovely female readers love, good health and to be loved just the way you are ☺

  • Many people still has a question whether it is secure to buy medicines online? Yes, it is absolutely safe to buy medicines online because offshoremedicinepharmacy.com understands the value of the hard-earned money of the customer and thus follow the latest security measures while the money transaction takes place. Online pharmacies also sometimes have a registered physician who guides you through and suggests the medicines you can buy. You just have to switch on your computer and fill the questionnaire regarding the symptoms and according to your descriptions you will be directed to purchase medicines that suites you best. Online pharmacies are a decade old but they have revolutionized the pharmacy market.http://www.viagra-stop.com
